Large dining room = 35 m2, TV room, access to the 300 m2 terrace, Yellow bedroom, large bed (140) a wardrobe, a secretaire A bathroom, a washbasin, bidet, shelves, wc, washing machine A shower a dubble washbasin On the shaddy terrace : garden furniture, mobile barbecue and chaises longues

• First floor : 5 bedrooms and a dressing room - 3 large beds, 5 single beds (90) and 3 (120) a baby bed

  Dogs admitted if clean, forbidden in the bedrooms

  PERIODS OF HOLIDAYS

  450 Euros a week in JUNE & SEPTEMBER up to five persons but for the school holidays
  500 Euros a week in JUNE & SEPTEMBER for 6 to 12 persons during the school holidays excluding summer
  
  690 Euros a week the first two weeks of JULY and the second two weeks of AUGUST up to ten persons
  800 Euros a week from the 12 th JULY to 23 th AUGUST up to twelve persons

  more than twelve persons + 50 Euro per week and per person

   LOW SEASON but school holidays

  300 Euros a week up to six persons
  400 Euros a week for seven to twelve persons
  Heating, phone, gaz UNINCLUDED
