CONDITIONS OF THE ACCOMODATIONS
The gaz is included in the accomodation up to a gaz cylinder. The electricity is included too.
The tenant commits himself by indicating all damages and by putting back into a decent state of cleanness and into order (a list on the containt of each cupboard is made) the accomodation and the terrace. The charges of the renting are increased by the phone bill , the fuel bill of the central heating and if it happens the over consommation of gaz, the fire wood and the cleaning of the house if it hadn’t been done properly (4 hours minimum)
The caution ( 2500 FF (380 Euros) ) is checked at the arrival of the tenant. It isn’t cashed, it is gived back only after the reception of the phone-bill, it can go up to two months, and if necessary the possible damages. The tenant would have an insurance certificate for the holidays accomodations for at least the length of the stay. This certificate can be asked at your insurer or precised on your own personnal home insurance.
The owner feels binded towards the tenant only when he has received the signed contract within ten days after its expedition together with the down payment which corresponds to the deposit of about 25 % of the whole amount. The tenant faithfully commits himself by giving directly to the owner the payment of the balance as soon as he enters the accomodation. Both the tenant and the owner will make an inventory of the place, furniture, and utensils at the beginning and the end of the stay. Whatever will be lost or damaged will have to be payed.
A tourist taxe of one FF per person and per day is required by the municipality of CALVIAC or anywhere else. It will be payed by check.
